Departure Points
Cancellation Policy
- Your 50% deposit will be refunded, if notice of cancellation is received 3 days prior to your reservation.
- If you cancel less then 3 days in advance, you will forfeit your entire payment.
- In case of severe weather, the guest and the captain will discuss either rebooking for another day or canceling.
After Making Your Reservation
- Your captain will contact you 1 - 2 days before your trip to finalize your trip details.
- A deposit of 50% of the booking fee will be required at the time the reservation is made. Cash, credit cards, or checks are acceptable.
- A 20% gratuity is considered a normal tipping percentage.
- Any outstanding balance owed is due on day of trip.
- Feel free to contact your captain at any time with questions you may have regarding your trip.
